Bob Kovell has been providing value to ESOPs and closely-held businesses for over 40 years, first as a CPA, subsequently as a strategic planner, and now as an independent Board Director. He currently serves on four ESOP Boards in the manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution and service industries.

Bob has provided consulting services to ESOP companies for over 20 years; has audited both ESOP operating companies and their related ESOP retirement plans; served as an ESOP transactional trustee; and currently is a member of four ESOP Boards; in Minneapolis, Saint Cloud and Willmar, Minnesota.
Extensive Governance Experience. He has served on 10 business boards over the past several years.
M&A Consulting. Bob has analyzed, valued, negotiated and consulted on numerous acquisitions, and spearheaded the sale of an $80 million wholesale distribution business.
